FULFILLMENT

We are working on building up stock of our handmade dog apparel. Fulfillment is the time it takes from when you order until the time the product is about to ship. You’ll receive an email the day the product has shipped.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 7 days of ordering since they are handmade and other orders are also in the queue. If there is a backorder, we will let you know.

Holiday months and cooler temps create more demand, so plan on ordering well ahead of time.

Our tees are fulfilled and shipped by another company. Their turnaround times are:

USA: 7 business days
Canada: 10 business days
International: 15 to 20 business days and subject to customs fees
For a timely holiday arrival (USA and Canada), order by December 10.

NOTIFICATION AND SHIPMENT

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received. You will also receive an email on the day your order has shipped.

USPS Domestic rates are based on total cost and zones. For First Class with tracking, allow 4 to 6 days (least expensive). For Priority with tracking, allow 2 to 3 days. Overnight shipping is also available through FedEx. For Worldwide shipping via USPS Priority Mail International, allow 6 to 10 days. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs as this is the buyer’s responsibility.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We always ship with a tracking number, however, if your order didn’t arrive beyond 5 days after your shipment comfirmation email, be sure to let us know! First check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, please contact us noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives damaged, please contact with us within 5 days of receiving it.

TEES: If you aren’t happy with the size you received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Although rare, it is possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know within 5 days of receiving it, and we’ll sort it out. If you would like a different size, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to get a preferable size.

KNITTED AND SEWN APPAREL: If a sweater or scarf doesn’t fit your dog to your liking, contact us within 5 days of receiving it. We will work with you on how to return items for a refund or another size if available—whichever works best. We design our sweaters and scarves to fit comfortably, so please order a size that offers some wiggle room—just a reminder that the cotton “My Favorite Sweater” and cotton striped tube scarves come preshrunk (washed and dried), other sweaters that are wool/acrylic blends do not need to be preshrunk. We do not offer custom orders at this time.

Orders must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. After 5 days of purchase, we will assume you are happy with your item. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If this is a gift, we will work with you or the recipient.
